my dating tip for you this month of December as we come to the end of another year (2009 sure did go quicky didn't it!) is Don't Postpone Your Happiness.

When we are single and not yet dating anyone we sometimes think that we won't be happy until we are in a relationship.

When we are in a relationship and going steady with someone we are still not satisfied and think we can only be truly happy and fulfilled once we get married.

Its like we are always postponing our happiness, we are always putting our happiness on hold waiting for the next thing to happen, we are always chasing something and never enjoying the moment.

Life is too short to keep postponing your happiness, if relationships were the source of happiness there wouldnt be break ups, if marriage were the source of hapiness there wouldnt be divorce.

Learn to enjoy where you are on the way to where you're going. Enjoy being yourself, enjoy the company of your friends, have a fulfilled life even before marriage so that when you do get married you are not draining your spouse to make you feel fulfilled.

Live for today as you plan for tomorrow because who knows whether tomorrow is guaranteed anyways.
