Triumphing on singles street is definitely one of the most entertaining, fun and real Christian books for singles out there.

I really loved this book, it is so real! The book is written by Pastor Ade Fowler and I must commend her for an excellent Job. She also happens to be one of the pastors that nurtured me in the faith and a big aunty.

In this book you are introduced to a street called "single street" and single street is made up of characters that represent all the different types of Christian singles you will find in church. Characters like "Mr. Canal" "Miss Too Good" "Mr. Tease" and "Miss Compromise"

I am not ashamed to say that this book definitely inspired me to create some of the Characters that I use for my examples on this website.

Of the many Christian books for singles that are in the market, this one really nails it. It talks about the games that single people play like the "splitting up game" and "dodge the pastor" and it uses the example of houses and buying a house to describe some singles and how they go about picking a partner. For example some Christian singles are like Detached houses and might appear as unemotional and as a bit of a loner and some Christian singles don't carry out a proper survey on the house before purchasing it.

The book also addresses the pain that comes with living on Single Street like following wrong advice, the pressure from parents to get married, rejection and break ups. But it also gives you keys to restoration and the path way to victory.

You might even discover yourself in one of those characters on Singles Street. And it's a short book that you can get through in an hour or two depending on how fast you read.
