Check out free events for your neighborhood, there is often alot of free festivals going on that can provide the atmosphere for you guys to spend time together. These events also have a crowd so that you are not completely alone or you can invite friends along just to hang out with and develop relationships with couples who are married.

The neighborhood that live in often has free movies at the park so bringing along a picnic lunch is a great date and a way for to let him/her know you can cook! If you can't cook ladies/gentleman, making a sandwich is not hard!
