"You may now kiss the bride". Ever heard that before. Yes I believe that is what the priest says to the two getting married. That particular statement suggests that they have never kissed before that episode and that it would be their first time. Even so people may argue that it still doesn't prove that kissing while dating on a basic level is right.

People let's not deliberately try to find a reason to kiss while dating. We should be open and sensitive to the spirit as I believe that the God of Abraham will be with us at all times and guide our every step. If it were to be wrong to kiss while dating,then surely He will make us aware of it in someway. At the end of the day it all comes down to erm.....am lost for words lol but I can say this; Joshua 1:8 and you will get your answer:)

Now you may kiss the BRIDE NEW

I believe the key word in that statement would be BRIDE. You have probably kissed before. Either mildly or passionately, but either way, it's a kiss. The awesomeness of this statement in the wedding ceremony is that before you were always kissing your "girlfriend". But, after the ceremony, you are kissing your BRIDE for the first time! This is all brand new.

Kissing your girlfriend is an awesome thing, but kissing your Bride is a WHOLE LOT DIFFERENT!!! A very awesome thing indeed...
